We currently accept all PPO insurance plans and will contact your provider to determine your coverage any out-of-pocket costs that may apply. 

We are also pleased to accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CareCredit and Sunbit. For major treatments, our team will work with you to develop a payment plan.

If you have questions about your insurance benefits or the cost of your treatment, our team is always happy to assist you.

We deliver the best care at the most reasonable cost to our valued patients. All payments are due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance.

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another patient in need of care.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a $75 cancellation fee. As a courtesy, we will waive the fee for your first missed appointment. Any additional missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to the fee.
