Are You a Candidate?
We're looking for patients with significant cosmetic concerns, including:
- Broken or severely worn front teeth
- Missing front teeth
- Teeth damaged by injury or decay
- Multiple teeth that affect your smile's appearance
- Patients who may benefit from veneers, crowns, implants, or a combination of treatments
Every case is unique, and not all applicants will qualify.
Program Benefits
Selected participants may receive 50–60% savings on qualifying cosmetic treatments.
For example:
- Veneers: $499 each
- Crowns: $499 each
Your treatment plan and final costs will depend on your individual needs and the recommendations of our doctors.
Participant Requirements
Because this program helps us educate and inspire future patients, participants must agree to:
- Professional before-and-after photography
- Progress photos and videos during treatment
- Final smile photography
- A brief video testimonial following treatment
- Permission for Fauchard Dentistry to use these photos and videos on our website, social media, and other marketing materials
